Cut up Paper Art "Flowers"

Join Michelle as she experiments with cutting out paper pieces and making a picture against a black background. To follow along you will need this things:

• Various bits of scrapbook paper
• Adhesive (glue stick or tape roller)
• 12 x 12 sheet of white and black scrapbook paper
• Picture frame
• Scissors
• Fine point marker
